Bringing the latest action and adventure films to venues around the UK and Ireland the Banff Mountain Film Festival is back.
Featuring two new collections of short films packed with extreme expeditions, intrepid characters and stunning cinematography the festival tour will visit 50 locations during 2025.

“Join the world's top outdoor filmmakers and adventurers as they climb, ski, paddle, run and ride through the wildest corners of the planet.”
This year’s films include ‘2 Legs 2 Easy’. In Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, one resident stands out as an inspiration to many. Steve Karczewski (pictured above) has never known what it’s like to have two legs, but that hasn’t prevented him from doing anything and everything he’s ever wanted as an outdoor athlete.
Other highlights filmed in remote corners of the planet include wingsuit flying above Mont Blanc, skiing in Antarctica, climbing in Peru and mountain biking in the Dolomites.
Banff tour films are chosen from around 500 international entries into the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival, which is held every November in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
