A caterpillar-themed wheelchair was unveiled at the weekend for fans of the famous supermarket chocolate cake.
Invacare, a leading global mobility equipment manufacturer, unveiled their caterpillar-themed children’s Action 3 Junior wheelchair for the first time at a fully inclusive triathlon event in Windsor.
The Superhero Triathlon, powered by Marvel, saw over 4,000 people compete in the triathlon, with Invacare supporting the event alongside supermarket Aldi.
“We are proud to have unveiled our caterpillar-themed wheelchair here in Windsor, which has created lots of happy and fun moments for families throughout the day,” said Leisa Evans, Global Head of Communications at Invacare.
“We couldn’t have imagined a better place to showcase this, than alongside Aldi at the Superhero Triathlon.
“We offer a service called Unique at Invacare that personalises wheelchair designs, allowing people to choose their own style. The demand for this service is becoming increasingly popular.”
