The co-founder of a disabled-led business support company providing marketing and IT services across the UK has been recognised as one of 2025’s Most Inspiring Female Founders.

Imali Chislett (pictured above) co-founded Inkfire Limited on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, and flexibility, in response to the corporate world’s inaccessibility.

Named as one of the UK’s most impactful female entrepreneurs by Small Business Britain’s ‘f:Entrepreneur #IAlso100’ campaign, Imali was recognised for her business success and for mentoring over 100 small business owners, helping disabled individuals re-enter the workforce, and advocating for accessibility and inclusivity.

“When I found out, I was so shocked and immensely proud,” said Imali.

“It is a privilege to be recognised alongside such incredible #IAlso100 entrepreneurs.”

Hampshire based Imali has multiple chronic health conditions, including ME/chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, hypermobility, and stomach issues, and has used a wheelchair full time since she was a small child.

“Being a part of the #IAlso100 line-up highlights that there’s room for everyone to succeed, even in spaces that weren’t originally designed for us,” added Imali, who shares her life stories as a disability advocate at https://maliandme.co.uk/

“It’s about creating opportunities, building connections, and showing that we belong here.”

Launched in 2017, the f:Entrepreneur campaign celebrates the dynamic and inspirational businesses led by women in the UK. Its goal is to provide role models for the wider small business community and encourage others through events, training, and storytelling.
