Settle back and relax in the comfort of your own living room for a live music gig.
Live to Your Living Room delivers the very best of the folk, roots, and acoustic music scene live to your home and on Friday (March 21) features The Rosie Hood Band with support from the Bristol Folk Singers.
Known for her powerful and clear vocals, Rosie Hood's captivating performances combine her poetic writing with dynamic and honest interpretations of traditional songs.
In her 4-piece band, Rosie is joined by long-term collaborator fiddle-player Nicola Beazley (Alex Cumming & Nicola Beazley), melodeon-player & percussionist Robyn Wallace (Bellamira) and fiddle-player Rosie Butler-Hall (The English Fiddle Ensemble).
The Bristol Folk Singers are a friendly choir who come together to sing English Folk Songs in traditional harmony, led by experienced choir leader Matt Norman.
To watch the show live from the Downend Folk & Roots, (7.45pm, doors at 7.30pm) or opt-in to receive a recording of the gig, available for 72 hours, visit https://livetoyourlivingroom.com/ for details.
Live to Your Living Room is great for anyone who can’t get to gigs because of their disability, insurmountable problems in getting there, just too ill or, as is the case with autistic people, completely out of their comfort zone in a social setting.
