A live performance piece by Deaf performance artist and choreographer Chisato Minamimura will take centre stage at Brighton Dome as part of this year’s Undisciplined Festival.
Exploring the relationship between women and tattooing cultures ‘Mark of a Woman’ is on March 15.
Minamimura performs in BSL and visual vernacular and uses innovative technology such as digital animation and Woojer (which translates sound into vibrations), making the show accessible for audience members who are Deaf, blind and visually impaired.
